A Walk in the Park

May 17, 2012

Today was something I would call a productive one. I called up my friend/neighbor Claire if we could bike around the village and stay at her house and she said yes. It's been about two to three weeks I haven't biked with her, because I fell off my bike (well, I'm a klutz). So Claire likes making movies and so I brought my camera with me and took some pictures while we were at the park.
This here is Claire, she's so bubbly and sweet, and she loves to laugh!
It was fun biking around the park and staying in the playground, but by eleven thirty, we headed to her place.
At her house, we made a video full of the pictures we took and added some music for enjoyment, haha!
Her dog's name is Yogi, named after the character Yogi Bear! He's 91 in dog years, but he's still adorable :)
Did I mention that we take art lessons together? She made this little corner outside of her house for painting, and by the way, I'll post the pictures of our paintings in the exhibit really soon nearing the end of the month! (That's when it will be) Plus, isn't it cool that in her backyard, she has a mini-archery set? She bought the bow and three arrows in Subic, and they made their little own target by getting an old big scrap of styrofoam, and painting it with different colors depending on how close it is in the bullseye! It was really fun, even though I got  some skin peeled because of my carelessness once again, haha.

Hope you guys had a fun and productive week today!
