home alone :: playlist

July 13, 2013

Recently, my parents have decided to go on a 5 day trip to Hong Kong (more of a business trip for my mom and a "long needed break + birthday vacation" from work for my dad). Aside from that trip, my whole extended family are going on a trip to Australia this December! Also, my friend and I got accepted in this organization we really wanted to join, and I have a feeling it's going to be a fun,  productive school year :)

La di da, it seems like a whole lot of fun. But when there are good news, there are always bad ones. For about 2 weeks now, I haven't mentioned that my laptop gave in after three years. Thus, not being able to use it anymore, it's hard to post things on my blog now (for your info!). Also, while my parents and brother are gone, that leaves me and my grandparents alone in the home. I must say, it has become much more quiet, but sometimes you need a little quiet in your life.

But what better way to distract all the quietness and loneliness aside from dawdling away in the internet? That's right. Music.

The music I like to listen to--aside from weird pop music and bands--consists of chill songs, almost an appropriate replacement of a lullaby. I love songs that make you feel that way, and especially since the weather here is rainy, I would love for all of you to appreciate it as well. Some of these are old songs, and some are new, feel free to close your eyes and be nostalgic.
